Commercial plumbing and HVAC are complex. A homeowner may be able to hire any contractor out of the phone book and get by, but a commercial building needs a professional with experience.

Commercial Plumbing

Our team is experienced in installing fixtures and plumbing throughout commercial buildings, as well as with maintenance and repairs.

If you’re experiencing low water pressure or no water pressure at all, you may have a leak occurring somewhere on your property. Finding it yourself can feel impossible, but a professional commercial plumber can use equipment to detect where the leak is occurring. Then, we provide expedited repairs to prevent damage to your building while still ensuring a long-term solution to the problem.

Contact us today if you’re in need of repairs, maintenance or plumbing installation.

Water Heaters

Whether you run an apartment building or a business, nobody likes to be without hot water. Our service include installing, maintaining and repairing commercial water heaters of all types and sizes. If you need to have a new water heater installed in a newly constructed building, or replace an older water heater, we’ll help determine the best new unit for your needs and put it into action.

RPZ Testing

Augusta Plumbing & Heating tests, installs and repairs reduced pressure zone devices (RPZ) for commercial properties according to state and local regulations.

If a problem occurs in your building or with the municipal or county water system, water pressure can drop and cause your plumbing water to back up into the drinking water supply. With a properly functioning RPZ device, the water will be dumped rather than contaminate the drinking water.

RPZ testing is required to be done once per year according to state law, and the entire system has to be rebuilt every five years.

Commercial HVAC

Even if you have a powerful HVAC system in your commercial or apartment building, you may still find that employees, clients or residents aren’t as comfortable as they should be or that hot and cold spots exist in rooms. That’s where a professional HVAC specialist steps in.

Our experienced team is trained on installing cutting edge high efficiency systems, and can measure the performance of your current HVAC system and either perform maintenance and repairs to get it back in fighting shape or install an entirely new system if necessary.

We have experience with rooftop units, as many commercial climate control systems are too large to be installed inside the building.
