• Combustion test to check for carbon monoxide levels, oxygen and carbon dioxide
• Set gas pressure to factory specifications to reduce excess emissions and wasted gas
• Check inducer and blower fans for amperage against specifications
• Check for cracked or clogged heat exchanger
• Check pilot safety for millivolts so it falls within specifications
• Make sure furnace is level
• Check ignitor and compare to specifications
• Clean condensate
• Visually check for rust and corrosion
• Check flue and chimney for blockage
• Check temperature rise so it falls within specifications

Air Conditioning Maintenace

Air conditioner inspection

• Check static pressure of ductwork
• Check compressor and fan amps and compare to specifications

Water Heater Maintenance

• Thorough annual water heater flush
• Visually inspect for rust and corrosion
• Replace anode rod every 3 years
• Test relief valve and replace it if it sticks
• Clean combustion chamber
• Check for code updates and violations

Tankless Water Heater Maintenance

• Thoroughly flush heater with descale solution
• Visual inspect for rust and corrosion

Dryer Vent Maintenance
